Daisy believes in the spirit of self-critique for an individual’s professional development. To do so in business communication, the ability for an individual to consider the design and redesign of his or her communication is key in achieving professional credibility. With 20 years of experience in teaching and coaching individuals develop their competency in the English Language in speaking, writing and communication, and a background in hospitality, Daisy advises individuals to enhance their professional credibility and boost their influence.

In addition to lecturing business communication strategies at the undergraduate and post-graduate level at the university, Daisy is also currently pursuing a doctoral degree in education. Daisy has coached participants from the Ministry of Education, Institute of Education and is the public speaking coach for the Miss Singapore Pageant International contestants.
